Job Description – HR Executive / HR Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to join our team and manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, documentation, and compliance-related processes.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from Manpower Requisition to Joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and publish JDs on appropriate hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, campus hiring, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates during the notice period.

2. HR Operations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave and related HR records.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, etc.
- Maintain employee master data and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters.

3. Payroll Coordination





- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives and other payroll-related information.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate employee meetings, training programs and internal communication.
- Assist in employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Promote a positive and qualified workplace workplace.

5. Performance & Training

- Coordinate employee performance reviews and KPI processes.
- Maintain performance records.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Track training attendance, feedback and learning outcomes.

6. Compliance & HR Documentation

- Maintain required HR and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with management/consultants for applicable labour-law and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper employee records and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently.

7. HR MIS & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track:
- Employee Headcount
- Recruitment Status
- Joining & Exit
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- Training




- Performance
- Department-wise Manpower
- Prepare management reports and dashboards as required.

Preferred Qualifications

BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR / PGDHRM / MSW or equivalent HR qualification.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, organized and willing to take ownership of HR activities. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with employees, department heads and management and should be capable of handling multiple HR processes simultaneously.
