Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR qualified to lead the recruitment function while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, training, HR policies, leave and loan administration, and KRA/KPI management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of positions and hiring targets.
- Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee loan administration with accuracy.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, induction, and training & development initiatives.
- Prepare, monitor, and review employee KRAs and KPIs in coordination with business managers.




- Track HR metrics, recruitment dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist activities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, leave management, HR policies, training, and performance management.
- Experience in preparing and monitoring KRAs, KPIs, and employee performance reviews.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
