About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a Civil/Mechanical background to join our Building Projects team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, with proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Project (MSP). This role involves updating schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP.
- Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align execution with project plans.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
- Risk Analysis:
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/BE in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
