Job Summary

The MBA Department invites experienced industry professionals who are interested in shifting from industry to academics. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, student mentoring, industry-oriented learning, placements, internships, and department development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle MBA courses with practical business examples, case studies, and industry applications.
- Mentor students for internships, projects, placements, entrepreneurship, and career development.
- Support industry interaction, guest lectures, MoUs, live projects, and placement-related activities.
- Contribute to curriculum enrichment by bringing real-time industry practices into classroom learning.
- Participate in departmental activities, admissions, accreditation, ranking, and institutional growth initiatives.
- Guide students in professional skills, business problem solving, communication, and leadership development.

Eligibility





- Minimum 10 years of experience in a large-scale industry in a managerial or leadership position.
- MBA preferred.
- Candidates willing to shift from industry to teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, mentoring, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Prior teaching, training, corporate learning, consulting, or student mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Background

Marketing, Sales, Finance, Banking, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Retail, Manufacturing, or Consulting.

Candidates who have worked as Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager, Business Head, Regional Head, HR Head, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Consultant, Entrepreneur, or similar managerial roles are encouraged to apply.
