Position Details

Role: Marketing Intern

Stipend:

● Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹7,500

● Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,500 per month based on achievement of assigned targets and overall performance.

● Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹11,000+

The above compensation structure is applicable for full-time interns. For part time or flexible-hour internships, the stipend and applicable incentives will be adjusted proportionately based on the agreed working hours and schedule.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about business development and operations, enjoys interacting with people, and contributes to strengthening brand visibility across both B2B and B2C channels. In this role, you will directly connect with business clients and retail customers, highlight service features, and drive sales growth through strategic engagement.

As a key representative in the B2B and B2C space, you will focus on building long-term customer relationships, delivering personalized brand experiences, and maximizing indirect sales conversions. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career across multiple sales ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in planning and coordinating daily business operations.

● Engage with customers and business partners to explain product offerings and value propositions across B2B and B2C segments.

● Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential customers, retailers, businesses, and partners.

● Promote the Company's products and services through direct customer interactions.

● Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.





● Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing enquiries.

● Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team.

● Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business requirements.

● Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

● Maintain accurate daily reports of field visits, customer interactions, and calling activities.
