Job Role

The PRO will be responsible for patient coordination, scheme enrollment, documentation, approvals, discharge processes, and providing support to patients and their relatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide patients regarding scheme eligibility and enrollment.
- Handle patient documentation, approvals, and discharge procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and insurance/scheme teams.
- Assist patients and their relatives with queries and concerns.




- Resolve patient-related issues and follow up on pending cases.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and case documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments.
