- Explain car specs, safety features, warranties, and pricing options
- Lead test drives and demonstrate car capabilities
- Negotiate deal terms and guide buyers through financing or loan options
- Complete purchase contracts and verify required documentation
- Input client data and track pipeline updates in CRM software
- Call prospective leads and follow up with past buyers for referrals
