Job Summary

We are looking for accurate, responsible and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Billing Executives at our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling ticketing and billing transactions, collecting payments, issuing tickets/receipts, maintaining transaction records and assisting guests with billing-related enquiries.

- Handle day-to-day ticketing and billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Cable Car tickets, receipts and other applicable documents to guests.
- Receive payments through cash, card, UPI and other approved payment methods.
- Ensure accuracy of billing, ticket quantities, rates and collections.
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
- Reconcile daily collections and billing transactions.
- Maintain daily billing, ticketing and collection records.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Operations, Finance and Guest Relations teams.
- Assist guests with ticketing, billing and payment-related enquiries.
- Handle billing discrepancies and immediately report any irregularities to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handover of cash and transaction records at the end of the shift.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and transaction information.
- Follow prescribed billing procedures, SOPs and company policies.




- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while dealing with guests.
- Support smooth guest flow at ticket counters, particularly during weekends, holidays and peak tourist periods.
- Perform other billing and ticketing-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification Required

- Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com / Commerce background will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and computer applications.
- Candidates with knowledge of billing software or POS systems will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in billing, ticketing, cashiering, retail, hospitality, amusement parks, hotels or customer service may apply.
- Previous experience in ticketing / POS / cash handling will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
