We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive to manage daily reporting, inventory tracking, POS operations, and data maintenance across our store network. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, understands MIS and P&L; reporting, and can independently handle recurring data-driven tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and circulate daily reports for store managers and department heads (sales, inventory, collections, etc.)

* Handle POS system data — extract, reconcile, and consolidate sales and transaction data across stores

* Maintain and update inventory records; track stock movement, wastage, and reorder levels

* Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple stores/outlets on a daily basis

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review

* Assist in preparing P&L; statements and category-wise performance analysis

* Maintain accurate and well-organized Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and databases

* Identify discrepancies in data and flag them to management promptly





* Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the operations/management team

* Ensure timely and error-free submission of all recurring reports

* Required Skills

* Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation; macros/VBA a plus)

* Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., PetPooja or similar) preferred

* Basic understanding of MIS reporting and P&L; statements

* Good data entry speed and accuracy

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (store managers, accounts, management)

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Drive is a plus

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field

0–3 years of experience in operations, MIS, or data/reporting roles (F&B;/retail industry preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
