As we continue to strengthen our digital presence, we are looking for a creative, hands-on and digitally aware SEO & SMO Executive who can take ownership of content creation and social media execution while supporting our SEO initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who doesn't just post content but understands what makes people stop, watch, engage and take action.

The ideal candidate will combine content creation, social media execution, basic SEO knowledge and trend awareness to build a strong and engaging digital presence for Brillica.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ideating, writing, creating, experimenting with content formats and understanding audience behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

● Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

● Develop concepts for Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels, stories and promotional content.

● Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.

● Participate in or coordinate the creation of on-camera/video content whenever required.





● Build and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with business and marketing objectives.

● Research trending formats, topics, sounds, content styles and competitor activity.

● Adapt trends creatively to suit the Brillica brand and education audience.

● Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual communication.

SMO & Social Media Management

● Manage day-to-day social media activities across relevant platforms.

● Schedule, publish and optimize content according to platform best practices.

● Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth and content performance.

● Identify high-performing content and recommend opportunities for improvement.

● Engage with relevant audience interactions and support community building.

● Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content opportunities.

SEO & Content Optimization

● Support the execution of basic on-page and content SEO activities.

● Conduct basic keyword research and identify relevant search topics.

● Optimize website and content copy using appropriate keywords, headings, metadata and internal linking practices.

Selection Process

01 | HR Screening Initial discussion regarding experience, skills, availability and role fi t.

02 | Practical Assessment Content/social media task may be assigned to evaluate practical skills.

03 | Functional Interview Discussion around content creation, SEO, SMO, social media strategy and execution.

04 | Final HR Discussion Compensation, joining timeline and other employment-related discussions.

Important Information

● This is an on-site, full-time position based in Tagore Garden, New Delhi.

● Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.

● Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

● Candidates requiring up to 1 week for relocation may also apply.

● Candidates should be comfortable with a hands-on content creation role.
