Position Title: Production Merchandiser

Department: Merchandising / Production

Salary- 20-35k

Location: Rai, Sonipat

Role Objective: To coordinate between buyers, production teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of orders from sampling to shipment while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business.

- 3–6 years of experience in production merchandising.

- Robust knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and production processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing tools.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Order Execution– Manage buyer orders from confirmation to final delivery.

- Sampling Coordination – Oversee development of proto, fit, and pre‑production samples.



- Production Follow‑up – Track daily production status, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely output.

- Vendor Communication – Liaise with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.

- T&A; Management – Prepare and monitor Time & Action plans to meet buyer deadlines.

- Quality Assurance*– Coordinate with QA teams to ensure compliance with buyer standards.

- Documentation – Maintain cost sheets, order files, and production reports.

- Buyer Interaction– Provide updates, approvals, and handle queries professionally.
