Role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Analyst to drive market intelligence and business opportunities for JSB STONEX in the premium marble and natural-stone segment.

Key Responsibilities

* Research marble, natural stone and luxury building-material markets.

* Identify new cities, customers and business opportunities.

* Track competitors, pricing, products and market trends.

* Research upcoming luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

* Build databases of architects, interior designers, developers and builders.

* Generate market intelligence and qualified business leads.

* Prepare market reports, MIS and management presentations.

* Support Sales & Business Development with actionable insights.





Requirements

* 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, real estate or building materials.

* Strong Excel, data analysis and research skills.

* Good understanding of premium construction materials and real estate.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Experience in marble, natural stone, tiles or premium building materials preferred.
