A dedicated VMC Operator with sound understanding of vertical machining processes, tooling, and production techniques. Able to support machining operations, ensure product quality, and contribute to effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machines for production tasks
- Load and secure workpieces using fixtures and clamps
- Select tools and adjust machining parameters
- Read and understand technical drawings and programs
- Monitor operations and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Conduct in-process inspections
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
