B2B Campus, Mohali is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the education sector and want to build a career in student counselling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a smooth admission experience.

Requirements





- 6 months–2 years of experience in education services/admissions/counselling.
- Freshers are welcome with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in the education sector.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
