Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the Research & Development function, driving new product development, product innovation, design improvement, testing, validation, and engineering excellence for electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete R&D; and Product Development team
- Drive Recent Product Development (NPD) from concept to mass production
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer requirements
- Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, validation, and certification
- Drive product innovation, cost optimization, and design improvements
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
- Ensure products comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Conduct technology benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Manage engineering changes, product documentation, and product lifecycle activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop R&D; engineers and technical teams
- Monitor R&D; budgets, timelines, project milestones, and development KPIs

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in Electronics R&D; and Product Development
- Knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB,



components, embedded systems, and product testing
- Expertise in NPD, prototyping, validation, and design optimization
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of CAD/EDA tools, PLM, ERP, and engineering documentation

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
- 12–18+ years of experience in Electronics R&D; / Product Development
- Minimum 5 years in a senior R&D; leadership position

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, LED/electrical products, display products, or electronic equipment
- Strong exposure to PCB design, electronic components, product testing, certification, BOM, DFM/DFA, and cost optimization
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D; and NPD teams will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per month
