Job Description:

- Operate and monitor EDM Wire Cut machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, wire, and machine parameters.
- Load and operate approved CNC/EDM programs.
- Ensure proper workpiece alignment and machine setting.
- Monitor machining and troubleshoot basic issues such as wire breakage and cutting problems.
- Perform in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments.
- Ensure components meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Maintain production, inspection, and rejection/rework records.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow all quality, safety, PPE, and environmental requirements.




- Report machine breakdowns and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality.

Required Skills:

- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, Tool & Die, Mechanical, or relevant trade.
- Experience in operating EDM Wire Cut machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/EDM programming and machine settings.
- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting and measurement skills.
- Valuable focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and productivity.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
