Job Summary
SEKENZ Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The role requires frequent site visits and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and report site issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support senior engineers in project management and technical activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply).
- Candidates should be based in Kerala or willing to work across project sites in Kerala.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
