ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels. You will work closely with the creative, content, and strategy teams to test offers, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures. Your main goal will be to improve campaign performance, reduce wasted spend, and help clients achieve profitable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Analyze campaign performance daily and identify what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be tested next
- Create media buying strategies based on client goals, budgets, target audience, and offer strength
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and creative testing
- Work with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead/purchase
- Prepare clear performance reports with insights, learnings, and next action steps
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements for ads, landing pages, offers, and funnels
- Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, tracking updates,



and new advertising opportunities
- Handle multiple client accounts in a rapid-paced agency environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience, preferably for ecommerce, Shopify, D2C, lead generation, or agency clients
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages, creatives, offers, and customer journeys
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain campaign performance clearly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage budgets responsibly
- Comfortable working with deadlines, client expectations, and multiple active campaigns

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience managing Shopify or ecommerce ad accounts
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and event setup
- Knowledge of creative testing frameworks, A/B testing, and scaling strategies
- Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and campaign segmentation
- Ability to identify whether performance issues are caused by creative, offer, audience, landing page, or tracking
- Experience working with international clients or agency accounts
- Basic understanding of copywriting and direct-response marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Hyros, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms

- Ability to work onsite in Noida, India
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for campaign results
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to focus on high-impact tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to complete a practical media buying task as part of the hiring process

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
