We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to help build a strong visual identity across our digital and offline platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging creatives for social media, advertisements, websites, print materials, and branding while maintaining consistency with the company's visual identity.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design high-quality social media posts, reel covers, banners, and advertisements.
- Create brochures, flyers, standees, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns.
- Produce website graphics, icons, and landing page assets.
- Assist in branding projects and visual identity development.
- Ensure all designs align with Alexa Healthcare's brand guidelines.

Digital Content





- Create engaging creatives for healthcare awareness campaigns.
- Design promotional materials for events, health camps, and workshops.
- Prepare graphics for email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Develop thumbnails and cover images for videos and social media.

Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred)

- Edit short promotional videos and social media reels.
- Create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with video subtitles and basic visual effects.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, HR, Content, and Management teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Brand Consistency

- Maintain consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and brand resources.
- Ensure high-quality output for both digital and print media.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing design
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines




- Good communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Portfolio showcasing design work is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing for social media platforms
- Basic photo editing and retouching skills
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad specifications
- Experience with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 days a week
