Prabhubhakti is a fast-growing SaaS platform empowering Temples, Spiritual creators, and Wellness professionals to digitize and scale their business. Our platform offers website creation, AI-powered reports, consultations, courses, webinars, WhatsApp automation, payment solutions, and business management tools—all in one place.

We're looking for a Technical Operations Analyst who will ensure a seamless onboarding experience while coordinating between clients, the business team, and the tech team.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new clients and help them successfully set up the Prabhubhakti platform.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the Product & Tech teams.
- Act as the single point of contact between clients, business, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely project delivery.
- Train clients on platform features and ensure product adoption.
- Track bugs, feature requests, and implementation progress.




- Conduct basic testing (QA) before delivering recent features to clients.
- Maintain project documentation, CRM updates, and onboarding checklists.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualification

- MBA | PGDM degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Business Analyst, Project Coordination, or SaaS Support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
