We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling, client conversations, presentations, negotiations, and closing business opportunities.
This role requires someone who can think like a consultant, understand client problems, and position Rotex as a long-term technology and operations partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Connect with Forex brokers, entrepreneurs, and business owners globally.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Present Rotex services through online meetings.
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
- Prepare proposals and follow up until closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
- Achieve monthly revenue and meeting targets.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and excellent in communication.
- Sharp, quick learner, and business-minded.
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs and entrepreneurs.
- Strong in cold calling and relationship building.
- Valuable at persuasion and negotiation.
- Target-oriented with a hunger to succeed.
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or similar industries.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to handle online meetings.
- Basic understanding of technology/business solutions is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
