About the Role

Jyothi Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced MEPC Technical Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil (MEPC) operations, maintenance activities, and projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage technical teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure quality, safety, compliance, and timely completion of maintenance and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate manpower deployment along with Supervisors to ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Oversee MEPC installations, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage and mentor Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections, technical audits, and operational reviews.
- Oversee CM/PM activities through the Client portal, monitor progress, and address operational concerns.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
- Provide technical training, guidance, and support to technicians and site teams.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors,



and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of works.
- Review technical requirements, quotations, estimates, scope of work, and project proposals.
- Establish and monitor Incident Reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Near-Miss Reporting systems and ensure team compliance.
- Verify FM documents in the IFMS Corner Box for validity, compliance, and timely renewal.
- Ensure proper maintenance records, checklists, reports, and technical documentation are maintained.
- Monitor work quality, timelines, materials, manpower, and project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities within scope, quality, budget, and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety regulations, technical standards, and client requirements.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and corrective solutions.
- Support project works, modifications, installations, and commissioning activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in MEPC Projects, Facility Management, Construction, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, HVAC, DG,



and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience in maintenance management, CM/PM planning, and technical operations.
- Experience in handling technical teams, vendors, contractors, and client coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with facility management software/portals will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, technical standards, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/sites and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to assigned sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Facility Management / Retail / Commercial Facilities will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of technical documentation, RCA, incident reporting, and compliance management.
- Experience in quotation preparation, cost estimation, and project coordination will be an added advantage.
