Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in the IT CRM domain.
- Train students on CRM concepts, customer service, IT fundamentals, digital tools, MS Office, email etiquette, and workplace communication.
- Conduct assessments, practical sessions, and mock interviews.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain student records.
- Monitor student attendance, learning progress, and performance.
- Coordinate with the placement team to enhance students' employability.
- Ensure high-quality training delivery in accordance with organizational standards.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline
- (Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, CRM, customer support, or skill training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet applications, and CRM concepts.
- Prior experience in the Skill Development Sector will be an added advantage.

Compensation
