Target Defence Academy, Lucknow is looking for a dedicated, confident, and professional Academic Counsellor to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in both Hindi and English, and be comfortable interacting with students and parents. Candidates with experience in a Defence Coaching Institute, Educational Institute, School, or Career Counselling role will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide students regarding defence career opportunities, including NDA, CDS, AFCAT, Agniveer and other defence examinations.
- Understand students' academic goals and provide suitable career and course guidance.
- Communicate with students and parents professionally and address their queries regarding courses, preparation, and career opportunities.
- Conduct counselling sessions and follow up with prospective and existing students.
- Maintain student counselling records and enquiry data accurately and confidentially.




- Coordinate with faculty members to track student progress and identify areas where additional guidance or support is required.
- Assist in student admissions, follow-ups, and other academic counselling activities.
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with students and parents.
- Represent Target Defence Academy professionally during counselling interactions and institute activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
