Job Title: Field Sales Executive – PG/Hostel Management Software

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Petrol Allowance

Job Description:

MyPGMS is a growing software platform that helps PG (Paying Guest) and hostel owners manage tenants, rent collection, and billing digitally. We are hiring Field Sales Executives to visit PG/hostel owners, demonstrate our software, and onboard them as paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit PG and hostel owners across Bengaluru / Chennai to pitch our software
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations using a laptop
- Explain subscription pricing and close sign-ups
- Maintain a daily log of visits, demos, and conversions
- Follow up with interested leads to close subscriptions
- Build long-term relationships with owners for renewals and referrals

Requirements:

- Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license




- Must own a personal laptop for conducting demos
- Basic smartphone with internet access
- Language requirements:
- For Chennai location: Tamil (mandatory) + English
- For Bengaluru location: Kannada (mandatory) + English
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage (bonus)
- Prior field sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
