TPI Engineer

Location: Pune
Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

We are seeking experienced CSA / TPI Engineers to oversee the inspection, supervision, and monitoring of MDPE, Steel, CNG, O&M;, GI & Copper pipeline construction activities for City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements while maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and inspect MDPE, Steel, CNG, O&M;, GI & Copper pipeline construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor trenching, pipeline laying, electrofusion jointing, backfilling, testing, commissioning, and restoration activities.
- Verify material quality, test certificates, calibration certificates,



and inspection records before execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, pipeline records, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Conduct site inspections, identify quality or safety concerns, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to CGD industry standards, MNGL Code of Practice, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
