We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms and create engaging content through video shooting, photography, graphic designing, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan and create engaging social media content, reels, stories, posts and videos.
- Handle video shooting and photography for property/project-related content.
- Shoot property walkthroughs, site visits, customer testimonials, promotional videos and reels.
- Edit short-form videos and reels using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar software.
- Create attractive and professional graphics, creatives, thumbnails and promotional posts.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends and reels formats.
- Write captions, hashtags and basic content copies for social media posts.




- Maintain a regular content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and reach and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to create project-specific content.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, audio, formats and content strategies.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation.
- Candidates with a solid portfolio of reels, videos and creative work will be preferred.
- Experience in real estate, property marketing, digital marketing or similar industries will be an added advantage.
