We are looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Content Creator who can create engaging and visually appealing content for our brand and clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content ideas, social media posts, reels, videos, captions, and creative storytelling.

This role is primarily focused on content creation, with additional responsibility for managing and publishing content across social media platforms.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent Creation – Primary Responsibility

- Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas and concepts for social media posts, reels, short videos, stories, carousels, and other content formats.
- Write creative and engaging captions, scripts, headlines, post copy, and short-form content.
- Create content that is informative, entertaining, visually appealing, and relevant to the target audience.
- Research trending topics, content formats, sounds, reels, and social media trends to develop fresh content ideas.
- Participate in video/reel shoots when required and contribute creative ideas for videos.
- Work with designers, video editors, and other team members to turn concepts into high-quality content.
- Use AI tools and content creation tools to generate ideas, improve content,



and increase productivity.
- Maintain a consistent creative style and brand voice across all content.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various social media platforms.

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and basic content performance.
- Identify successful content formats and suggest new creative ideas based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, algorithms, and content formats.

Requirements

- Strong interest and passion for content creation and social media.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and original content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, LinkedIn posts, and other social media formats.
- Ability to write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.




- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI content creation tools will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, reels creation, photography, or mobile video shooting will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with designers, editors, and the creative team.
- Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who loves creating content, follows social media trends, thinks creatively, and can turn a straightforward idea into an engaging post, reel, or video.

Salary & Probation

First 3 Months – Probation:
₹7,000 per month

After Successful Completion of Probation:
₹10,000 per month

Salary after probation will be subject to successful confirmation and performance evaluation.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8 hours per day
Saturday: 4 hours
Sunday: Weekly Off
