We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate sales.
- Develop new customer accounts and expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
- Promote company products to customers.
- Take orders and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances when required.
- Identify recent sales opportunities and provide market feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales, and collections.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
- Ensure proper product presentation and availability at customer locations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Education/ Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Salary
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, perfumes, retail, oil or a related industry.
- Local market experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Positive knowledge of the local market and sales practices.
- Willingness to travel and conduct daily field visits.
- Driving license is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
