Handle inbound & outbound calls related to insurance and loan products

Explain products clearly and genuinely to customers

Follow up on leads and convert them into business

Maintain basic customer records and coordination with the internal team

Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach

Good command of English and Malayalam (mandatory)

Confident communicator with a positive attitude





Target-driven and self-motivated

Freshers with the right attitude or experienced telecallers welcome
