We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Executive who can independently handle content creation and social media management. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, publishing, and managing engaging content across the company's social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Shoot high-quality photos, videos, reels, interviews, promotional videos, and event coverage using cameras, smartphones, and other equipment.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Create creative posts, stories, reels, and campaign content aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling and publishing.
- Develop a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Write captions, headlines, and engaging copy for social media posts.
- Monitor social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, formats, and content styles.
- Coordinate with HR, management, project/site teams, and other departments to collect content.
- Cover company events, employee activities, project updates, achievements, and promotional activities.




- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Respond to or coordinate responses to comments and messages when required.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all published content maintains a professional and consistent brand image.

Required Skills

- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, camera handling, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Proficiency in image editing/design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
- Good knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
