Physics – JEE/NEET Foundation FacultyJob Summary

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join our Junior Competitive Wing. The primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between the regular school curriculum (CBSE/State Board) and future competitive examinations by developing a strong conceptual foundation in Physics for students of Classes 7, 8, and 9.

The faculty member will be responsible for nurturing scientific thinking, strengthening problem-solving abilities, and preparing students for future success in JEE, NEET, Olympiads, and other competitive examinations through engaging and concept-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept Building: Deliver engaging and high-quality Physics classes with a strong emphasis on conceptual clarity, scientific reasoning, and application-based learning rather than rote memorization.
- Curriculum Integration: Effectively integrate JEE/NEET Foundation concepts with the regular school syllabus to help students perform well in both school examinations and competitive assessments.
- Numerical Problem-Solving: Develop students' ability to solve Physics numericals through systematic approaches, logical reasoning, formula application, estimation, and analytical thinking.
- Foundation Preparation: Introduce age-appropriate concepts and problem-solving techniques that gradually prepare students for the Physics requirements of JEE and NEET.
- Advanced Question Practice: Design and solve MCQs, numerical problems, application-based questions, and higher-order thinking questions aligned with competitive examination patterns.
- Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular foundation-level tests, quizzes, MCQ assessments, and numerical-based tests.



Analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Doubt Clarification: Identify learning gaps and provide individual or small-group support to strengthen students' understanding of difficult concepts.
- Olympiad Preparation: Encourage and prepare students for Physics-related competitive and Olympiad examinations and other relevant science competitions.
- Academic Planning: Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, question banks, revision schedules, and assessment plans for Foundation Physics.
- Student Mentorship: Motivate and guide students towards developing scientific curiosity, disciplined study habits, analytical thinking, and a competitive mindset.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly track student performance and coordinate with the academic team and parents regarding students' progress and areas requiring improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics, B.Tech/B.E., or equivalent qualification with a strong command of Physics.
- Teaching Qualification: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET Foundation, Olympiad, CBSE, or competitive Physics is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge, robust problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for teaching may also be considered.




- Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding of Physics with the ability to handle foundation-level problems and gradually introduce higher-order concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex Physics concepts using simple, relatable, and real-world examples.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills with the ability to train students in multiple approaches to solving problems.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with Smart Boards, digital teaching tools, online assessment platforms, and educational technology.
- Student-Centric Approach: Patience, enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to motivate young learners.
