Life Clinics is in a rapid growth phase across Slimming, Skin, Hair, Laser, and Hair Transplant services, and is looking for a Head of Sales to take complete ownership of revenue across all centers.

This role requires a leader who understands high-ticket consultation sales, client psychology, and clinic-level execution. The focus is on driving conversions, increasing ticket size, and building a scalable sales engine across multiple clinics.

The individual will work closely with leadership to ensure every clinic operates as a high-revenue, conversion-driven unit.

Role Mandate (What You Will Own)

- Complete ownership of clinic sales performance across all locations
- Delivery of monthly revenue targets (high-ticket driven)
- Driving consultation-to-conversion ratios
- Increasing average billing value & package sales
- Building a solid, aggressive, result-oriented sales culture
- Ensuring zero lead leakage and strong follow-up systems

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Target Ownership

- Drive revenue across Slimming, Skin, Hair, Laser & Hair Transplant verticals
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Focus on high-ticket packages, prepaid plans, and treatment upgrades
- Take quick corrective action on underperforming centers

2. Consultation & Conversion Excellence

- Improve consultation quality and closing ratios
- Train teams on client counseling, objection handling, and urgency creation
- Monitor conversion funnel:
- Leads → Walk-ins
- Walk-ins → Consultations
- Consultations → Closures
- Ensure doctor-sales alignment for better conversions

3. Multi-Clinic Sales Leadership

- Lead sales operations across multiple clinics
- Ensure each center meets revenue benchmarks
- Standardize consultation and sales processes across clinics
- Drive consistency in performance and execution

4. High-Ticket Sales Strategy

- Drive focus on:
- Hair Transplant packages
- Laser packages
- Advanced skin treatments
- Slimming programs
- Increase:
- Average ticket size
- Client lifetime value (LTV)




- Personally close premium clients and critical deals

5. Lead Management & CRM Control

- Ensure 100% lead tracking and follow-ups through CRM
- Activate:
- Old database
- Lost clients
- Trial clients
- Eliminate lead leakage at all levels
- Improve follow-up speed and discipline

6. Team Building & Performance Culture

- Build and manage clinic sales managers, counselors & telecallers
- Drive a culture of:
- Accountability
- Daily targets
- Performance pressure with support
- Identify low performers and take immediate action

7. Campaigns & Revenue Drives

- Plan and execute:
- Short-term sales drives (7–10 days push)
- Festive & seasonal offers
- High-conversion campaigns
- Align with marketing for:
- Lead quality improvement
- Offer positioning

8. Daily Tracking & Reviews

- Monitor:
- Calls
- Walk-ins
- Conversions
- Revenue
- Conduct:
- Daily performance reviews
- Branch-wise target tracking
- Immediate escalation for gaps
