Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Solar | BESS | Lithium-Ion Batteries

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with robust expertise in the Renewable Energy & Energy Storage sector.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Solar Sales
Strong experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Sales
Hands-on experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Sales
Strong B2B sales and business development skills
Ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of the renewable energy / energy storage market

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar, BESS, and Lithium-Ion Battery solutions
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, EPCs, and business partners
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Experience:

Relevant experience in Solar + BESS + Lithium-Ion Battery sales is mandatory.
