About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales, client communication, and business development.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales team to identify potential customers, generate leads, promote our services, and support the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through social media, online platforms, cold calling, email, and other channels.
- Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Assist the sales team in following up with leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and support social media marketing activities.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Create basic marketing content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate with clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.




- Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion.
- Support the team in achieving monthly marketing and sales targets.

Requirements

- Students or freshers pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Confidence in speaking with potential customers.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Prior experience is not mandatory.
