Qualification-

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: -

- 5 to 7 years of experience in galvanizing or metal finishing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of galvanizing chemistry, bath management, and coating standards (ASTM, IS, EN).
- Proven track record in plant operations, safety, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end galvanizing operations including pre-treatment, fluxing, dipping, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize plant capacity utilization.
- Monitor and control process parameters to achieve consistent coating quality.
- Quality & Compliance
- Implement and maintain ISO/quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry specifications.
- Drive zero-defect culture and reduce rejection/rework rates.
- Liaise with customers for technical queries and quality audits.
- Safety & Environment
- Enforce strict safety protocols and statutory compliance (Pollution Control Board, Factory Act, etc.).
- Promote a safe working workplace and conduct regular safety drills.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals and effluents.
- People Leadership
- Lead,



mentor, and develop plant staff across production, maintenance, and quality functions.
- Foster teamwork and accountability through clear KRAs and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, training, and skill development.
- Cost & Efficiency
- Control operational costs, reduce wastage, and improve energy efficiency.
- Drive lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Strategic Contribution
- Provide inputs to management on capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and process improvements.
- Align plant operations with organizational goals and customer requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Production output vs. target.
- Coating quality compliance (thickness, adhesion, finish).
- Safety incident frequency.
- Cost per ton of galvanizing.
- Customer satisfaction and audit scores.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
