D’LIFE Interiors is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Officer to join our Business Development and Sales team.
The Marketing Officer is an entry-level career opportunity for candidates who want to build a long-term career in sales, business development, relationship management, and client management within the interior design industry.
The initial responsibility of the role is to develop a productive network of referral partners (Silver Envoys) within the assigned branch area and generate potential home-interior enquiries through these relationships.
This role is primarily focused on sales promotion, referral partner development, networking, and lead generation. It does not involve direct sales initially. At the same time, the Marketing Officer will learn the sales process, understand the interior design industry, and develop the skills required to progress into a Client Management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential referral partners within the assigned branch area.
- Introduce and enroll suitable partners into the D’LIFE Silver Envoy Programme.
- Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with referral partners.
- Generate potential home-interior enquiries through the referral network.
- Conduct regular field visits and meetings with potential referral partners.
- Follow up with existing and prospective referral partners regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of newly enrolled Silver Envoys and leads generated.
- Share regular updates and reports with the Silver Envoy Manager and Branch Manager.
- Work closely with the branch sales team to support lead conversion.
- Develop knowledge of the home-interior industry, products, services, and customer requirements.
- Learn and understand the sales and client management process as part of career development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
