Position - Store Production

Location - Linking Road Store

Working Days - 6 days working, especially on the weekends

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment & Follow-Up

 Track and follow up on all confirmed store orders from booking until final delivery.

 Ensure timely execution of orders as per committed delivery timelines.

 Maintain close coordination with the post-sales team for order updates and processing.

2. SLA Monitoring

 Monitor orders against defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).

 Proactively follow up on pending orders and highlight potential delays.

3. Alteration & Trial Management

 Maintain the In-House Alteration Sheet and coordinate with the alteration team.

 Ensure alterations are completed before scheduled trials and deliveries.

4. Customisation & Quality Checks

 Ensure accuracy in measurements, customization, and alteration requirements.

 Conduct necessary quality checks before trials or delivery.

5. Query Management

 Maintain and update the Query Sheet, including:

 Pre-order queries

 Post-order queries RTO (Return to Origin) queries

 Ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams.

6. Order Escalation Management

 Maintain an Escalation Sheet for urgent or delayed orders.

 Escalate unresolved issues to management or concerned departments for quick resolution.

7. Order Cancellation Handling





 Manage order cancellation requests and send cancellation emails as per company process.

 Maintain proper documentation for cancellations.

8. Stylist Handover Coordination

 Maintain the Ex-Stylist & On-Leave Stylist Handover Sheet.

 Ensure continuity in order follow-ups when stylists are unavailable.

9. Delayed & Priority Order Management

 Track delayed orders and initiate follow-ups to resolve bottlenecks.

 Monitor important or priority orders that require special attention.

10. Purchase Order (PO) Review

 Review PO details for order accuracy and production status.

 Coordinate corrections or follow-ups where necessary.

11. Reporting & Documentation

 Prepare and maintain production and order tracking reports.

 Ensure all sheets and trackers are regularly updated for visibility and monitoring.

12. Customer Support Coordination

 Assist the store team in resolving customer queries related to production, trials, and delivery timelines.

 Ensure a smooth and positive post-sales customer experience.

Required Skills

 Strong communication and coordination skills

 Ability to work effectively with post-sales, stylists, production teams, and vendors

 Positive understanding of store production, customization, and alteration processes

 Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities

 Basic proficiency in Excel, reporting, and order tracking systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
