Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings in AutoCAD. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts and architectural details.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation based on design inputs. Update drawings according to design revisions, site measurements and execution requirements.
Create SketchUp models for design development and spatial visualization. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, interior and other consultant information.
Maintain drawing standards, layers, line weights, dimensions, annotations and file organization.
Requirements 1–3 years of architectural drafting or documentation experience preferred. Solid proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Valuable working proficiency in SketchUp. Strong understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, levels, dimensions and construction details.
Understanding of residential architecture and interior detailing is preferred.
Ability to read and coordinate architectural and consultant drawings. Strong attention to accuracy, detailing and project deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
