We believe partnerships with schools, colleges and student communities can become one of our biggest learner acquisition channels. We're looking for an entrepreneurial builder to create this business from scratch by testing ideas, launching pilots, measuring results and scaling what works.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and student communities.
- Design partnership programs that create value for institutions and students.
- Launch workshops, assessments, employability and skill-development initiatives.
- Run pilots, measure outcomes and iterate using data.
- Work with Product, Marketing and Operations to create great learner experiences.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that drive learner acquisition.
- Build a repeatable playbook that can scale across India.

Who We're Looking For
- 4–7 years in partnerships, growth or business development.
- Education or EdTech experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building.
- Data-driven and commercially minded.
- Willing to travel across Bengaluru and later across India.

Compensation
₹12 LPA fixed salary plus attractive performance-linked incentives tied to learner acquisition, revenue growth and successful partnership outcomes.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
