Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing commercial and billing activities, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery across all engagements.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and overall project financial performance.
- Prepare, review, and manage client billing, ensuring timely invoice generation and payment follow-up.
- Handle subcontractor billing, including verification of work completed, invoice validation, and payment coordination.
- Maintain accurate billing documentation, including purchase orders, work orders, timesheets, invoices, change requests, and supporting financial records.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.




- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Maintain quality standards and ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support process improvements and implement project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of project management experience (depending on role level).
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, invoice management, and billing documentation.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and commercial project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
