Job Overview

Blue Automation is looking for a energetic and result-driven Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation to expand our turnkey automation business. The role involves handling end-to-end sales of automation solutions, from opportunity identification to project closure, across diverse industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation & turnkey projects
- Promote automation solutions including:
- PLC / SCADA / HMI Systems
- Drives & Motion Control
- Industrial Networking
- Control Panels & MCCs
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs & estimations
- Understand client processes and propose optimized automation solutions
- Conduct technical presentations & customer meetings
- Coordinate with engineering & execution teams for project finalization
- Manage key accounts & maintain long-term relationships




- Achieve assigned sales targets & revenue goals

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in:
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Instrumentation
- Mechatronics
- Automation Engineering

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation & Turnkey Solutions
- Hands-on exposure to:
- PLC / SCADA systems
- Electrical panels & field instrumentation
- Ability to understand electrical drawings & P&IDs;
- Techno-commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent communication & presentation ability

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with a System Integrator or similar automation solution provider
- Strong exposure to Siemens Automation Platform including:
- Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 /+91-XXXXXXXXXX)
- TIA Portal
- WinCC / SCADA
- Siemens Drives & Industrial Communication
- Experience in turnkey project sales will be highly preferred

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
