Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Insurance Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with a wide range of general insurance products, including auto, home, property, liability, and other non-life insurance policies. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions for various general insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, coverage limits, and premium payments, ensuring full understanding and transparency.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed correctly.
- Provide support during the claims process,



guiding clients through the necessary steps and liaising with claims departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recent insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve client inquiries and issues effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance insurance knowledge and skills.
