About the Role

Beyond Alliance is looking for a creative, confident and energetic Marketing Executive/Associate who can contribute to our marketing activities, social media presence and overall business growth.

We are open to freshers who have the right attitude, creativity, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative marketing ideas to support business growth.
- Manage and contribute to the company's social media presence.
- Create engaging content, posts, reels and other promotional materials.
- Research market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
- Generate new marketing and promotional ideas.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
- Think creatively and suggest new ways to improve brand visibility and reach.
- Track basic marketing performance and provide ideas for improvement.
