We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of cement products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, engineers, and retailers.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit dealers, construction sites, projects, and key customers regularly.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure regular availability and visibility of products at dealer/retailer outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors and the logistics team for timely product delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection efforts.




- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, customer information, and market activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in BA, B.com, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cement, building materials, TMT.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
