We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular follow up calls to retain existing customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships.
- Monitor store performance, staff activities, stock, and daily requirements.
- Take initiative to improve sales and overall store performance.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Valid 4 wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Good organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in retail/store management or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
