Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Group Website and digital platforms. The role will involve front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, website performance optimization, API integration, and continuous improvement of the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Maintenance

- Develop, maintain, and enhance the Group Website and other digital platforms.
- Build new website features and functionalities as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
- Ensure website security, responsiveness, speed, and uptime.
- Manage website updates, integrations, and third-party tools.

2. Front-End Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.

3. Back-End & API Development

- Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and databases.
- Integrate internal and third-party APIs with web applications.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable application performance.
- Troubleshoot backend issues and optimize database performance.

4. UI/UX & User Experience

- Design and improve website UI/UX based on business and user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces.




- Analyse user feedback and website analytics to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct usability testing and recommend UI/UX enhancements.
- Ensure consistency in design, navigation, and overall user experience.

5. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Business, IT, QA, and external vendors.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for smooth project execution.
- Review website designs and ensure adherence to UI and technical standards.

6. Innovation & Governance

- Stay updated with up-to-date web development, UI/UX, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Implement reusable components and development standards.
- Ensure website accessibility, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React / Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / .NET / PHP.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Git, and web hosting/server management.
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of responsive design, website optimization, SEO, and web security.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development, Website Development, or Digital Product Development.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
