KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer enquiries & calls
- Counsel and guide customers
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain customer records & office documents
- Handle daily administrative activities
- Coordinate with the branch team
- Prepare basic daily reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Positive communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
- Tamil & English communication preferred
- Customer-handling skills
