Summary

We are looking for a energetic and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President – BFSI Risk Mitigation & Intelligence Management. This role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of risk mitigation, intelligence, and compliance strategies tailored specifically for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting mindset, industry expertise, and a passion for building strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI domain to enhance market presence.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, compliance heads, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Design, refine, and expand risk mitigation and intelligence service offerings for BFSI clients, aligned with emerging threats and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with internal innovation teams to introduce tech-enabled risk solutions and strategic advisory offerings.




- Engage directly with BFSI clients to assess needs, propose tailored risk solutions, and guide implementation.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and timely project execution.
- Optimize internal workflows and contribute to the development of proprietary tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, or risk management in the BFSI sector.

Skills & Competencies

- Demonstrated experience in client engagement, business development, and strategic solutioning.
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Sound knowledge of global compliance regulations (e.g., FATF, RBI guidelines, SEBI, Basel III).
- Familiarity with risk analytics platforms, regulatory databases, and financial intelligence tools.
- Deep understanding of financial risk domains including AML, fraud, KYC, regulatory compliance, and cyber risk.
