Job Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Eicher commercial vehicle service workshop.
- Plan and monitor vehicle servicing, repair, maintenance, and breakdown activities.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Team Leaders, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles as per customer requirements.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, job turnaround time, and bay utilization.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and quality of repair work.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor service quality and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, Sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing.
- Ensure proper usage of spare parts, tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
- Monitor workshop revenue, labour sales, parts sales, and overall profitability.
- Achieve service targets, customer satisfaction targets, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular team meetings and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with Eicher standards, company policies, safety procedures,



and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports to management.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Previous experience in Commercial Vehicles (CV) is preferred.
- Experience with Eicher Commercial Vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience as Service Manager / Assistant Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Service In-charge are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle servicing, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of workshop operations, warranty processes, and service procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and workshop management systems.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
